TOS


  • i. General

    • Due to the nature of wearable ears, tails, and other accessories, returns are NOT accepted. All sales FINAL. Please ask any questions before purchasing.
    • Updates are posted via Instagram Stories regarding shipments & order status. Premades and MTOs are not listed on the Kemonomission/Notion board.
    • Asking questions is your responsibility. I won’t be able to help you understand something if you do not ask. I encourage asking any question you may have. 
    • Please ensure the product you are purchasing is the right item/color. Again, all sales are final, and I will not exchange or refund.
    • Payments are made in USD, via website, Paypal, or Cashapp.
    • Hate or harassment results in an immediate ban & block with no opportunity for redemption.
    • If you have been blocked by me, you are also banned from Cherublush with no opportunity for reconciliation nor redemption.
  • ii. Products

    • Ears, tails, and all products are as pictured. Please review ALL images to make sure you are satisfied with the product you are interested in!
    • I reserve the right to refuse service at any time, with or without reason.
    • This includes, but is not limited to: Cancellations of current orders, future orders, blacklisting/bans.
    • Prices, availability, and images may change without prior notice.
    • I consider my handmade pieces to be works of art. Please treat them accordingly. They are not toys or suited for children who will treat them as such. 
    • Minor shedding may occur with faux fur products, it’s normal!
    • All of my creations are handmade with love, care, and as much attention to detail as possible. There may be minor flaws due to human error.
    • All paints are custom colors; mixed and created by hand. There may be slight color differences between replicated pairs & MTO's
  • iii. Disclaimers

    • I am not to be held responsible for the mistreatment or neglect of my products.
    • I am not to be held responsible for orders placed with an incorrect address. It is fully your responsibility to contact me to make changes to your address, if necessary. 
    • Additionally, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Insured shipping can be added for the additional cost. It is your responsibility to 
    • Screen/monitor settings, brightness, & color may not represent the actual color of the ears. 
    • For example, if your device & screen has night-shift turned on. 
    • Product images may even look different on separate devices.
    • I try my best to capture the authentic colors & textures of my products, I do not edit any image & try to use neutral lighting and base camera settings.
    • I am not responsible for any customs fees/VAT, or any import taxes when shipping to your country.


Notes: I welcome accessory changes. These include, but are not limited to: Changing gold to silver, adding piercings, bows, charms. These additional accessories may come with an upcharge. 2 additional hoops may be requested with no charge.

You may always request an added, matching tail. The tail’s price depends on complexity and pattern requested. Tails come with a satin ribbon tie/belt for you to tie around your waist so you can attach the tail. For best results, you may send me your waist measurements so I can send you the correct amount of ribbon to wrap around your waist & tie it. This is not necessary. Though, be aware I will not know the correct size to cut the ribbon. I cut enough ribbon based on Women’s average waist size.

  • Payment Plans

    • NOTE: ALL General TOS applies to Commissions.
    • Payment plans for commissions are absolutely non-refundable. All previous payments made will not be refunded in the case that you cannot finish paying off your total.
    • I am NOT obligated to start your commission until I recieve your final payment, regardless of when the first payment was made.
    • Example: You send two payments. An initial payment was made in May, then the final payment in December. I will begin officially processing your commission in December.

  • Artistic Liberty Disclaimer

    • When I am allowed full artistic liberty (a.k.a creative freedom), you are putting your full trust in me, the artist, to create something beautiful & catered towards you. Artistic Liberty is only used when explicitly wanted by the customer, as the final looks of the product is now determined by me. Some accessories chosen may be permanent. (crystals, hoops, gauges.) If you do not like the accessories I have chosen, there may be limited options of what I am able to provide as substitutions, or removal of these accessories.
    • I will not, under any circumstance, replicate or copy other artist's styles for your commission.
  • Processing Time

    • Commissions & MTO's have a processing time of 3-6 months. Complexity of the design and acquiring the wanted materials may add to processing time. This is only an ESTIMATED timeframe, and there are no guarantees.
    • Please note that only commissions come with individual order tracking.
    • Updates are made via order tracker until painting phase, which is where I will discuss with you further your ideas for the commission.
    • MTO's only receive tracking when enough orders are received within a certain time frame to become a "batch". Then, the batch will be tracked AS A WHOLE.

Secondary Market Notice

  • I do not control secondhand sales or any secondhand market, (eBay, Depop, Mercari, etc.)
  • If buying my products secondhand, please do your research on the seller and even, if necessary, my products. Do not hesitate to contact me for more information, such as the original price or look of a pair.
  • If you are the seller, you must describe the ear condition. Mention all damages or modifications.
  • Do not sell my products for more than the original value. Doing so will result in a ban.
  • Even if you purchased a pair of ears for more than they were originally sold for secondhand and you want to sell the pair you overpaid for, you must sell it for its original value. (Example: Buyer A is up-charging & selling a pair of ears for $150. You were not aware this was not their original price, and you purchase them and resell them for $150. This will result in a ban of BOTH parties for upselling.)
  • TIP: Ask for proof of purchase & proof of possession by the seller, or ask me directly how much a pair is worth.

Read the Listing

Looking over all photos, & confirming the listing you are purchasing is the correct item or color. I do not give refunds for misplaced orders. If any product has a flaw, it will be mentioned in the description.

Track your Package

Tracking your package, and adding insurance if you deem it necessary.

Insurance is $1 per $100 of total value inside the package. Insurance paid to me goes directly to the insurance company, therefore, if your package is stolen/damaged, you need to file with the insurance company, not me.

Maintaining the quality of your products after purchase. Please see how to care for ears and tails under my [Care] tab. I do offer refurbishing services, repairs, or even decorations/accessorizing. Treat everything from this store with care, gentleness, and love!
